SUBMISSION GUIDLINES

HOW DO I SUBMIT? Easy. Send your film (less than 21 min) on DVD in original file format (.mov, mp4, etc) along with a signed/dated submission form to: FilmStock C/O Jeremy K Clayton 21120 E Pickett St Queen Creek AZ 85142 Also, include contact information (email is our preferred method of contact) with each individual submission so we can let you know if your film has been selected. There is no fee for submitting material. Unsigned or incomplete release forms will disqualify entrants. Submission deadline for the FILMSTOCK SUMMER event is June 10th 2011. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY FILM HAS BEEN SELECTED? Official selection announcements are usually made 2 weeks prior to the event. On that day, if selected, you will receive an email announcing your film's acceptance as well as details on what you need to do to prepare yourself, and your film, for the event!  |

IF MY FILM IS NOT SELECTED, CAN I SUBMIT IT AGAIN FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Yes, if you have submitted a film and it was not selected for that particular FilmStock event, it will still be in the running for future Filmstock events, with no need from you to resubmit at all! If you do NOT want it in contention for future festivals, please specify that to us on your initial entry form. CAN I SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE FILM AT A TIME? Yes, you may submit as many films as you like. Each film must be accompanied by it's own Media Release Form. DOWNLOAD THE SUBMISSION FORM HERE. |
